We stock a full range of pressure sensitive label materials to match your product and environment. Choose from paper stocks including white semigloss, high gloss, wine/estate grades, kraft, and foil — or upgrade to film and BOPP substrates like white film, clear film, and silver metalized for labels that need to withstand moisture, oils, or outdoor exposure. Specialty options like freezer-grade, thermal transfer, and direct thermal materials are also available for cold chain, warehouse, and logistics applications.
Protect your custom pressure sensitive labels and elevate their shelf appeal with the right top coating. We offer gloss and matte lamination for maximum durability against scuffing, chemicals, and weather — plus gloss and matte UV coatings for a polished, cured-varnish finish. Not sure which is right for your product? Our label experts can help you choose.
Order rectangles, squares, circles, ovals, or fully custom die-cut shapes — up to 13″ wide by 24″ long. Labels are produced on rolls for hand or machine application, with your choice of wind direction and max roll diameter. Minimums start at just 100 labels, making it easy to test a new product line or run a short promotional campaign without overcommitting on inventory.
Running several flavors, scents, or SKUs? Add up to 10 design variations per order — each with its own quantity and label name. This keeps your per-unit cost low and your ordering process simple, especially when you need several versions of the same label size and material.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Every custom label order includes a digital proof for your review before production. If you’d like to see how your colors will look in print, you can request a printed proof. Printed proofs are especially helpful when color accuracy is critical, since screens and printed colors often appear differently. There is a $95 charge for printed proofs.
Sizes: Our maximum die-cut size is 12” wide by 12” long. Need something larger? Contact our team and we’ll recommend the best production method for your project.
Colors:
We offer 4 color CMKY plus White. White ink is treated as a printing color. It’s usually needed when printing on clear, metallic, or kraft materials to make your artwork pop. White isn’t printed on white or semi-gloss stocks since they already have a white base.
Yes — the minimum for label runs is 100 labels. For smaller quantities, or for printable label sheets, we can help you explore short-run and sheeted options to fit your needs.
We ship most orders via UPS and larger runs may be palletized and sent by freight carrier.
We offer Free Ground Shipping on every order. If you have need of faster shipping service, you may select 3 Day, 2 Day or Overnight options during checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with full tracking details so you can follow your shipment’s progress.
We can match most colors using the Pantone spot colors (PMS). If color matching is important, be sure to include your PMS color codes in your artwork, and it’s a good idea to send us a physical sample for reference.
If you’re unsure of your color, our prepress team can help you select the closest Pantone equivalent.

The fastest method is to upload your artwork through our Art Upload Tool after checkout.
We accept these preferred file formats:

Adding a finish improves both appearance and durability, but it also adds expense. For many labels, top coat finishes aren’t needed. Use top coating when the label is going to be exposed to a harsh environment, or liquids – or if you want a special feel or look to make your product stand out.
UV coating is a cured varnish that protects against moisture and scuffing and is available in gloss or matte finishes.
Lamination adds a clear film over the entire label for maximum resistance to abrasion, chemicals, and weather.
Skip coatings if you prefer a natural texture (like kraft paper) or if you need a writable surface.
Our team can help you decide which finish best suits your product and environment.
The quoting system estimates production time depending on the specifications of your order. Typical production time is 3–4 business days from artwork approval. Orders requiring special materials or custom tooling may take more time to produce.
If you have a deadline, let us know when you place your order and we’ll work to meet your schedule.
